Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream
2 eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Serves 8
Method:
Preheat the oven to at 425°F.
Beat the flour, salt, cream, eggs, and butter until smooth. Stir in the cheese.
Spoon the mixture into 8 muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°F, and bake for 25 additional minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
