Dessert Recipes - Sweet Chocolate Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
Makes
3/4 cup, or enough to
glaze top of a 9-or 10-inch tube cake, 8-or 9-inch
layer, or 13 x 9-inch cake.
Method:

Combine chocolate, butter and water in a small
saucepan; stir over low heat until blended and
smooth. Combine sugar and salt in mixing bowl.

Gradually add chocolate mixture, blending well. Add
vanilla. (For thinner glaze, stir in a little hot
water; for thicker glaze, cool mixture until of
desired consistency).
