Dessert Recipes - Strawberry Romanoff Soufflé Recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope
unflavored gelatin
-
1/4 cup cold water

One 8-oz package
cream cheese
-
One 10-oz package
frozen strawberries, thawed
Method:

Combine gelatin and water in saucepan; let stand
1
minute. Stir over medium heat until dissolved.

Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until
well blended. Stir in strawberries and liqueur;
chill until slightly thickened. Beat egg whites
until soft peaks form.

Gradually add
marshmallow crème, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in egg white mixture and whipped cream into
gelatin mixture.

Wrap a 3-inch collar of aluminum
foil around top of 1-quart soufflé dish; secure
with tape. Pour mixture into dish; chill until firm.
Remove foil collar before serving.
