Dessert Recipes - Raisin Nut Pie Recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs

3/4 cup Karo Dark Corn Syrup
-
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup Mazola
Margarine, melted
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1/4
tsp salt
-
1 cup raisins
-
1/2 cup chopped
pecans or walnuts

1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Make 8 servings
Method:
-
In bowl beat eggs slightly. Stir in com syrup, brown
sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt. Stir in raisins and
nuts. Turn into pastry shell.

Bake in 350°F oven 40-50
minutes or until knife inserted half-way between center
and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

If desired,
serve with unsweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice
cream.
