Peanut Butter Wheat Crackers

Ingredients
Makes about 40

Method:
-
In large bowl mix together flour, whole-wheat flour,
wheat germ, caraway seeds, salt and baking soda.

With pastry blender or two knives, cut in Peanut
Butter until coarse crumbs form. Add water and
vinegar; mix until dough holds together (if mixture
is too dry additional water may be added 1 Tbs at a
time).

Divide dough in half. On lightly floured
surface roll half of dough out to 1/8-inch
thickness. Cut with 3-inch round cookie cutter.
Repeat with scraps and remaining half of dough.

Place on un-greased cookie sheet. Brush surface with
milk. If desired, sprinkle with coarse salt.

Bake in
375°F oven 13 to 15 minutes or until browned and
crisp.

Remove from pan and cool on wire racks. Store
in airtight container.
