Dessert Recipes - Peach Gem Pie Recipe
Ingredients

One 3-oz package Jell-O
Orange Gelatin
-
1 cup boiling water
-
2 cups ice cubes
-
Y2 tsp almond extract
-
2 cups sliced peeled
fresh peaches
-
1 baked 9-inch pie
shell, cooled
Method:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and
stir constantly until gelatin starts to thicken-3 to
5 minutes.

Remove any un-melted ice. Add almond
extract and peaches. Pour into pie shell. Chill
until firm-about 3 hours.

Garnish with whipped
topping and toasted almonds, if desired.
