Dessert Recipes - Mint Chip Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients 

• 3 eggs

• 1 1/2 cups sugar

• Two 13-oz cans Pet Evaporated Milk

• 3/4 tsp peppermint extract

• 1/8 tsp green food coloring

• 1 1/2 cups (6 oz) grated milk chocolate

Method:

1. Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, peppermint extract and food coloring. Gently stir in grated chocolate.

2. Refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into ice cream freezer container.

3. Chum and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
