Dessert Recipes - Honey Brownies Recipe

Ingredients 

• 1/3 cup butter or margarine

• 3/4 cup sugar

• 1/3 cup honey

• 2 tsp vanilla

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup un-sifted all-purpose flour

• 1/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa

• 1/2 tsp salt               

• 1 cup chopped nuts

Method:

1. Grease one 9-inch pan. Cream butter and sugar in small mixer bowl; blend in honey and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

2. Combine flour, cocoa and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. pour into pan.

3. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or  until brownies begin to pull away from edge of pan. Cool in pan.
