Dessert Recipes - Heavenly Hash Recipe

Ingredients 

• 1 egg

• 1/3 cup sugar

• 2 1/3 cups milk

• 3 Tbs Minute Tapioca

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1 8 1/4-ouncp can crushed pineapple, drained

• 8 marshmallows, quartered

• 1 cup prepared Dream Whip Whipped Topping

• 2 Tbs chopped maraschino cherries

Method:

1. Beat egg until thick and light in color. Gradually add sugar, beating thoroughly after each addition.

2. Blend in milk, tapioca and salt. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into saucepan.

3. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Cool for 20 minutes; fold in pineapple and marshmallows. Chill for at least 1 hour.

4. Just before serving, fold in whipped topping and cherries.
