Ingredients
Method:

Freeze 1 cup evaporated milk in small mixing bowl until
ice crystals form along edges. Stir together sugar,
cocoa and salt in small saucepan.

Add 2/3 cup evaporated
milk and water. Cook and stir over low heat until
smooth. Add marshmallows and cook until half melted.

Remove from heat. Stir until completely melted. Stir in
vanilla. Pour into medium bowl.

Refrigerate until well
chilled. Beat icy evaporated milk until stiff. Fold into
chilled cocoa mixture. Pour into 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Freeze until firm.
