Dessert Recipes - Famous Chocolate Water Roll Recipe

Ingredients                 

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• 20 Famous Chocolate Wafers

Method:

1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, until stiff. Reserve 1 cup Spread Famous Chocolate Wafers with remaining cream and arrange in stacks of 4 or 5. Chill 15 minutes.

2. Lay stacks on edge to make one long roll. Spread remaining cream on outside of roll. Chill 3 to 4 hours, or overnight, covered. To serve, cut diagonally.

Variation: Substitute I Tbs instant coffee for vanilla extract, and garnish With chocolate curls.
