Dessert Recipes - Dessert Crepes Recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 Tbs butter, melted

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp
sugar

Dash salt
Method:

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate
for at least 1 hour.

Lightly oil a 6-inch crepe pan.
Set pan over. medium heat. Pour 1/8 cup crepe batter
into pan.

Tilt and swirl batter to coat pan evenly.
Cook until edges darken slightly. Lift with spatula
and cook on other side. Lift onto a sheet of wax
paper.

Continue with remaining batter. Stack crepes
with a sheet of wax paper separating each. Store in
refrigerator or freezer.
Note: If you use an
electric crepe machine, prepare crepes according to
manufacturer's instructions.
