Dessert Recipes - Cointreau Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
Crepes:

eggs

2 egg yolks

1 cup milk

1 Tbs Cointreau Liqueur

2 Tbs melted butter

3/4 cup flour

1 Tbs sugar

1/2 tsp salt
Serves 4
Method:

Beat to combine eggs, egg yolks, milk, Cointreau and
melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients until smooth.

Heat 6-or 7-inch skillet; brush with butter. Pour
in 2 Tbs batter, tilting pan to spread. Brown both
sides. Repeat with rest of batter.
Cointreau Crepe Sauce:
Prepare one dozen dessert crepes and fold into
triangles. In a chafing dish, heat 1 stick butter, 8
sugar cubes, 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind (or more
to taste) and the juice of 1 orange. Cook, stirring
until smooth. Turn crepes in this mixture and
arrange neatly in pan. Pour over 1/2 cup Cointreau
Liqueur, basting crepes until flames subside.
