Ingredients
Makes 18 rolls
Method:

Roll sweet dough (refer sweet dough recipe) into an
8 x 10-inch rectangle; brush 2 tbsp melted butter
over dough.

Combine and mix 1/2 cup sugar or turbinado
and 2 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over dough.

Roll up as for jelly roll, starting with long side.
Cut roll crosswise into slices 1 inch thick.

Place,
cut side down, in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking
pan. Cover; let rise in warm place until double in
size.

Bake in moderate oven (350°F) about 30
minutes, until done and browned. Frost with a
confectioners' sugar icing, if desired.
