Dessert Recipes - Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients 

• 1 cup sugar

• 14 cup cornstarch

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 2 1/2 cups milk

• 3 egg yolks, well-beaten

• 2 blocks (2 oz) Hershey's Baking Chocolate

• 1 Tbs butter

• 1 tsp vanilla

Method:

1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan; gradually stir in milk and egg yolks.

2. Add baking chocolate, broken into pieces; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil and stir one minute; remove from heat.

3. Add butter and vanilla; pour into individual serving dishes. Chill. Serve with sweetened whipped cream topping.
