Dessert Recipes - Chocolate Butterscotch Pie
Recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup brown
sugar, packed
-
1/3 cup all-purpose
flour
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
2 1/2 cups milk
-
6 Tbs Hershey's
Chocolate-Flavored Syrup
-
2 egg yolks, well
beaten
-
2 Tbs butter
-
1/2 tsp vanilla
-
one 9-inch baked pie
shell
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Method:

Thoroughly combine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in
milk,
chocolate syrup and beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium
heat until thick, stirring constantly.

Remove from fire
blend
in butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell;
cool.
Chill in refrigerator.

Serve with sweetened whipped
cream if desired.
