Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose
flour
-
1 Tbs baking powder
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 1/2 cups
Kellogg's All-Bran
Cereal
-
1/3 cup firmly pack8d
blown sugar

3/4 cup milk
-
3/4 cup water
-
1/3 cup molasses
-
3/4 cup English
walnuts, broken
-
3/4 cup seedless
raisins
Makes 1 loaf
Method:
-
Stir together flour, baking
powder and salt. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, mix together cereal,
sugar, milk, water and molasses. Mix in flour
mixture.
-
Stir in walnuts and raisins. Spread in
greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
-
Bake at 350°F
about 1 hour until wooden pick inserted near center
comes out clean.
