Dessert Recipes - Basic Fruit Juice Whip Recipe

Method:

In large bowl, mix Unflavored Gelatin with sugar; add
boiling water or fruit juice and stir until Gelatin is
completely dissolved.

Stir in cold juice. Chill,
stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of
unbeaten egg whites.

With electric mixer, beat at high
speed until mixture triples in volume; about 10
minutes. Turn into dessert dishes or large bowl and
chill until set.
Variations:
Try any of the following fruit juices-orange, pineapple
(do not use fresh or frozen), grape juice, apricot or
peach nectar or cranberry juice cocktail.
Note: Use all juices for fruitier flavor. If less
sweetness desired, reduce sugar.
