Cold Desserts Recipes - Frudites With Honey Dip

Ingredients

  • 225g/1 cup Greek-style yogurt

  • 45ml/3 tbsp clear honey

  • selection of fruits


Method:

  1. Place the yogurt in a dish, heat until smooth, then stir in the clear honey, leaving a marbled effect.

  2. Cut a selection of fruits into wedges or bite-size pieces or leave whole, depending on your choice.

  3. Arrange on a platter with the bowl of dip in the centre. Server chilled.
