Cold Desserts Recipes - Raspberry Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
450g/1 lb raspberries
400ml/14fl oz water
175g/6oz sugar
50ml/2fl oz lemon juice
Serves 6-8
Method:
Liquidize the raspberries in a blender or food processor and strain.
Boil 300ml/1/2pt water and the sugar for 5 minutes in a pan. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Add the lemon juice and the rest of the water and the raspberries. Freeze.
