Ingredients

25g/1oz corn-flour
-
75g/3oz
unsweetened cocoa
-
125g/4 1/2oz demerera sugar
-
750ml/1 1/4pt milk
-
2 teaspoons
vanilla essence
Serves 6
Method:
-
Sift the corn-flour with the cocoa and the sugar and
place in a saucepan.
Gradually stir in the milk over a low heat until free of
lumps.

Add the vanilla
when slightly cooled, then pour into a serving dish and
refrigerate until required.
