Ingredients
For the base
Method:
-
Preheat the oven
to 180.C/350'F/Gas 4. Grease the base and sides of a
23 X 7.5cm/9 x 3in springform tin.

For the base, mix
the biscuits with the butter and cinnamon. Press
into the base of the tin.

Melt the
chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Set aside..

Beat the cream
cheese until smooth, then beat in the sugar and
vanilla. Add the eggs, one at a time.

Stir the cocoa
powder into the soured cream. Add to the cream
cheese mixture. Stir in the melted chocolate.

Pour over the
crust. Bake for 1 hour. Cool in the tin, then remove
the rim. Chill before serving.
